Group Therapy

Group therapy has been shown to be an excellent addition to individual
counseling. Often, hearing other people share similar stories helps
clients experiencing a specific problem feel less overwhelmed. The feedback that clients get from one another, under the guidance of the therapist, is extremely valuable.

Relationship Resolutions is in the process of starting several groups including:

• Women and Relationships
• Adolescent Girls’ Mood Disorders Group
• Body Image Healing Group
• Depression and Anxiety Therapy Group
• Disordered (or Emotional) Eating Recovery Group
• Parent Support Group

Anyone interested in attending a group must first be evaluated by one of the therapists. Please email or call to schedule that evaluation.
