Rates

Rates vary by provider and service, but on average, the fee schedule for a 50-minute session is as follows:

• Master's Level Clinicians: $100
• Doctoral Level Clinicians: $125
• Bachelor's Level Intern (under the direct supervision of Megan Norris, LMFT, Founder and Director): $20

In the beginning, sessions are typically held on a weekly basis. As you make progress with your treatment goals, we will discuss transitioning to bi-monthly sessions, as warranted.

Insurance

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have outpatient mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible and if so, has it been met?
• Do I have a copay and if so, how much per session?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?

Jessica Alef, LCSW is an approved provider with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BC/BS), and UPMC policies. She is also contracted with Access, Back on Track and ComPsych EAPs.

Martha D'Abruzzo, LCSW is an approved provider with Aetna, BC/BS, and UPMC insurance policies as well as Access and Back on Track EAP.

Adrian Dotson, MA, LMFT is an approved provider with Aetna, BC/BS, and UPMC policies as well as Back on Track Employee Assistance Program.

Mary Anne Fisher, PhD is an approved provider with Aetna, BC/BS, UPMC, and Value Options policies. Mary Anne also participates with Access, Back on Track, and ComPsych EAPs.

Deborah Gilman, PhD is an approved provider with Aetna, BC/BS, Cigna, and UPMC policies as well as Back on Track EAP.

Adrienne Ingram, PsyD is an approved provider with BC/BS, UPMC, Back on Track EAP.

Sherry Marentay, LCSW is an approved provider with Aetna, BC/BS, United Behavioral Health (UBH), and UPMC, as well as 3 EAP's: Back on Track, ComPsych, and Access.

Arthur Zipris, PhD is an approved provider with Aetna, BC/BS, Cigna, UBH, UPMC, Value Options, and Back on Track EAP.

Dana Kirkpatrick, MS, NCC, LPC is an approved provider with Aetna, BC/BS, and UPMC as well as 3 EAP's: Access, Back on Track, ComPsych.

Deborah Rodriguez, MS, NCC, LPC is an approved provider with Aetna, BC/BS and UPMC policies as well as Access and Back on Track EAPs.

Emilee Mainali, LCSW is an approved provider with Aetna, BC/BS and UPMC insurance policies as well as Access and Back on Track EAPs.

Payment Methods

Cash, check, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx) are accepted. Payment is due when services are rendered.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $60 missed session fee.
