Mary Anne Fisher, PhD

Mary Anne Fisher, PhD has more than 30 years of experience as a mental health practitioner and possesses a wide range of skills as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She holds master’s and doctorate degrees in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh.

Mary Anne has done research and made professional presentations on a wide range of mental health topics throughout the U.S. Her areas of expertise include:

• Mood Disorders, including: Depression, Anxiety, Panic and OCD
• Child and Adolescent Issues, including: Oppositional Behaviors and ADD/ADHD
• Marital Discord
• Adjustment to Life Changes and Challenges, including Chronic Illness

In addition to a distinguished career as a therapist, Mary Anne has served her community as a case management supervisor and as the Director of Client Services for the Pittsburgh AIDS Task Force.

Mary Anne believes in providing emotional support, intervention and recommendations to her clients in a way that best meets the needs of each individual.
